VitaMix, check. Immersion Blender, check. Your holiday shopping spree for the vegan in your life is almost complete. However, I have saved the best for last. My last gift idea is easy to use, economical, portable, dishwasher safe, and made right here in the good old USA. And to top it all off, I will be GIVING AWAY one of these handy appliances next week. Yep, you heard right. Not only do you get a chance to read my poetic verse, but you also have a chance to walk away with a parting gift. How awesome is that??
“So, what exactly is this last gift idea, Bob?” Well folks, it is none other than the EZ Tofu Press.
“Why do we need a tofu press, Bob?” Well, as I explained in my inaugural post, you press tofu so it doesn’t suck. Plus if you squeeze all the water out of it, the tofu absorbs more marinade making it tasty.
“Why do I need the EZ Tofu Press, Bob?” Well, aside from the reasons outlined above, this handy tool also eliminates the need for paper towels and heavy objects in your kitchen. See the photos below of my tofu pressing station:
“Okay, but does the EZ Tofu Press really work, Bob?” Well, the answer is a resounding “YES.” In less than 15 minutes, I got a completely dried block of tofu ready and waiting to be cooked. The texture was great and clean up couldn’t have been easier.
“Where can I get an EZ Tofu Press, Bob?” Well, I am going to give one away next week (contest details below). However, you can also pick one up on Amazon for the amazing low price of $25.99. And that my friends is a bargain at twice the price.
“What if I have more questions, Bob?” Well, if you have any questions or need more information you can check out www.eztofupress.com or contact Ben at benzel@aol.com.
It is just that simple. So go on-line and order an EZ Tofu Press. You won’t be sorry. As for the parting gift, I am going to give one EZ Tofu Press away to the reader with the best holiday story. I, along with a board of trusted advisors, will pick a winner from the stories submitted. Next week, I will post the top contenders and name a winner. So send me you funniest stories by Sunday, December 15th. Longer Letter Later.
Love, Bob aka The Grassfed Carnivore
